By accessing or using Efooders, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must protect your password, device, and login credentials.
- Efooders may suspend or restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Availability
- Menu items, prices, fees, and availability may change without notice.
- Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their menus, item descriptions, preparation status, and stock availability.
- An order may be rejected or canceled if a kitchen is unavailable, information is incorrect, or a safety or fraud issue is detected.
- Delivery timing is estimated and may vary due to restaurant, driver, traffic, or operational conditions.
4. Delivery Services
Efooders coordinates marketplace ordering. Delivery dispatch and order movement may be handled by 786rides or another logistics partner when delivery is offered. Delivery times are estimates only and can change during fulfillment.
5. Payments and Refunds
- You agree to pay the charges shown at checkout for confirmed orders.
- Refunds, credits, or adjustments are reviewed based on the issue, the restaurant response, delivery status, and applicable law.
- Cash, card, or other payment methods may be limited by location, restaurant capability, or rollout status.
6. Acceptable Use
- You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, scrape restricted data, or submit false orders.
- You may not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Restaurant partners may not publish misleading menu, pricing, or compliance information.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
Efooders and its branding, design, and platform materials remain the property of Efooders or its licensors. Restaurant names, logos, and menu content remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise agreed.
8. Suspension and Termination
Efooders may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user has violated these terms, created platform risk, or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Efooders provides the service on an as-available basis and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, restaurant errors, delayed delivery, or user misuse. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
