How to Request Deletion
- Email admin@efooders.com from the email address linked to your Efooders account.
- Use the subject line: Efooders Account Deletion Request.
- Include your full name, phone number if available, and any recent order reference that helps us verify the account.
- We may ask for a short identity confirmation before deleting the account.
What Will Be Deleted
- Account profile information and login access associated with the deleted user account.
- Stored support profile details and non-essential account preferences that are no longer needed.
- Any future ability to sign in with that deleted account unless a new account is created later.
What May Be Retained
- Completed order records, invoices, payment references, or tax records that must be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
- Security, abuse, and fraud prevention logs where retention is reasonably necessary.
- Records needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with requests from authorities.
Processing Time
Efooders aims to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days after verification, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
